Shipping & Delivery: We ship next day on orders received before 2:00 p.m. Central, Monday trough Friday. We ship via USPS First Class and Media Mail when requested.
Privacy & Security: Your customer information is used only for shipping purposes and you will not be solicited. Payments are secure via PayPal.
Returns & Replacements: Contact us for returns or replacements at (312) 239-0436 or via email, if your material is for a class or for an event please let us know as soon as possible so we can get your order out to you. Please mail back the material and we will reinbuse you for shipping, please send back via Media Mail USPS if it is a large order, and First Class if it is only a few items. Include your order number when communicating with us.
Ordering: We take phone orders too, we accept Visa, Master Card and Amex. Please call (312) 239-0436 for a phone order between the hours of 10:00 and 3:00 p.m. Mon. - Fri. For Purchase Orders if it is your first time ordering, call us to have your purchase order number on file.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Prices are as posted, for discounts and purchase orders please contact us for a discount code, online payments are via PayPal, you don't need a PayPal account you can check out as a guest. For phone orders your credit card or bank statement will show SQ* Tianguis.
Viewing Orders: Your orders and account information can be viewed in the My Accocunt section of this website.
Updating Account Information: For managing shipping addresses, viewing orders, changing passwords and your wishilist visit the My Account section of this website.
